city advice breakfast options
the breakfast included more options than just a muffin now. the staff provided useful city advice.
the shower temperature cycled between hot and lukewarm regardless of setting.

A decent stay overall
good location helpful staff nice pastry unsafe design upper bunk missing ladder
I found the location quite good. It was easy to access many attractions. The staff was helpful. The pastries served each morning were a nice TOUCH.
The design to climb to the upper bunk was not ideal. I felt UNSAFE. There was no ladder on the horizontal beds close to the door. Getting down was tricky, and I worried about falling each time.

Excellent Stay
safe area secure locker nice kitchenette
The kitchenette on the fifth floor was a great spot. I found it nice to relax there when I wanted somewhere refreshing. The lockers in the room were super secure. I felt really safe walking around the area the hostel is located.
Climbing to the second-level capsule was challenging at night.

A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located on the fifth floor. This is a great amenity who are planning longer stays. The lockers use a keypad system ensuring security for personal belongings.

Staff members were helpful and kind at all times. They ensured guests felt comfortable and welcome. Free towels are provided including paraben-free shower gel and shampoo enhancing sustainability efforts.
Dining

The on-site café is located on the ground floor offering great quality at affordable prices. I enjoyed trying some of the local options that were available. There were many choices for breakfast each morning.

central location friendly staff clean place blocked drain missing bench keypad system
The location is central, with a short walk to a landmark. The place is clean. The staff members are very friendly.
The showers had blocked drains while I was there was nice. There is no bench to leave your clothes on. Just a few hooks exist. The doors and lockers have a keypad system. It beeps every time it is used.
